All accepted abstracts will be invited to give an oral presentation only. The abstracts will appear in the book of the abstract that will be compiled in Compact Disk(CD).

Participants willing to present paper(s) at the Conference should submit abstract(s) of not more than 500 words in a word file (.docx) and full-length paper(s) (for presentation and publication) to icesw2025@covenantuniversity.edu.ng

The conference proceedings will be published in E3S WEB OF CONFERENCES, while full length manuscripts will be published in RECOLETOS MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH JOURNAL after a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
NOTE: Only experimental research articles will be accepted for the conference. Instructions regarding manuscript submission to the outlets above will be given after the conference.

  In addition to the technical content, the abstract should contain the following information:

  • Title of paper
  • Theme (see the thematic areas under the technical sessions)
  • Name and affiliation of the author(s)
  • Full contact details of all the authors, including active email,
    phone, and fax numbers
